LET GO !

ONE SIMPLE TECHNIQUE TO CLEAR YOUR RESISTANCE ON A STUCK DESIRE ! 

When we say "Let Go of things" we are not even by a long shot referring to your desires , we are referring to The things that are keeping your desire away from you. And to let those things go, we have a small exercise for you.
 
Find a comfortable place where you cant be disturbed for a while and , close your eyes. Now take a few deep breaths , concentrate on the cool air going in your nose and the warm air coming out , this will help to clear your mind of any thoughts . you are ready now.

"We want you to imagine a beautiful garden , just be in that garden for a while , notice the flowers the warmth of the sun and the butterflies. in the middle of the garden there is a cottage. approach the cottage and open the door. inside its dark , but you see a child.. you look closer , the child is you , when you were 5 years old. You notice that the child is scared . you gently approach the child and really gently comfort him and ask him what is wrong , and what is he / she afraid of ? (now in this conversation you can talk to the child on the subject of a desire thats been keeping away from you for a while , a desire thats proving a little hard to achieve). The child will tell you all of the things that has hurt him regarding the desire , all of the things he fears , and of the reasons why the desire cant be achieved . Now being the self aware and knowledgeable LOAer you know that tackling all these fears and reasons is no big deal for the universe. Your job is to comfort and let the child know this . convince him , that he no longer needs to fear his fears because the universe is looking out for him and that his desire will be fulfilled as soon as he leaves this darkness and steps out in the garden to enjoy it. "ALL THAT MATTERS IS HOW YOU VIBRATE IN THE PRESENT MOMENT, WHAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST WAS JUST A RESULT OF YOUR BAD VIBRATION , BUT NOW YOU KNOW BETTER. SO JUST LET GO OF ANGER , FEAR , GUILT , DOUBT AND VIBRATE AS IF YOU WOULD VIBRATE WHEN YOU WILL HAVE YOUR DESIRE. " Make him understand this, Talk to him , comfort him , give him a hug , answer all his doubts with your wisdom of the universe. and then when he begins to feel better about the "off limit desire" , Walk him out of the cottage and enjoy the sights. 
 
Once you start feeling better on the topic that you have been feeling stuck for so long , the process is done , take a few deep breaths and open your eyes. 
 
We would recommend you do this exercise right before you go to sleep.

DEBT AND LAW OF ATTRACTION !

First off all , lets not argue about "but from where the money will come ?" , its none of your business ! , its the universes business , so you just sit pretty while the universe finds a way to come up with the Money .For my more skeptical friends , Please relax and let the universe show you , "How the money is going to come. "

Now that being said , we can move on to the topic at hand , that is DEBT ! 






Being is Debt is bad , being constantly chased by creditors is annoying and at the same time takes toll over our self esteem and image.  


Many of us have at some point in our life have found ourselves in debt , we owe money , and we dont have enough to pay back . And believe me , i know , this feeling sucks , especially if you are not an habitual defaulter.

Many people ask me about law of attraction and Money , can LOA be used to manifest money , can it help them to clear off their debts ?


The Answer is Yes ! it can ! But , like any application of LOA , it can be really easy or really difficult to implement , depends on your current mindset. 


Now look at "Settlement of Debt" as a need , so when applying LOA on this matter , we calculate the amount of money we need to settle the debt and ask the universe to deliver through visualization , imagination , listing out things to be thankful for and stuff , if these work for you , then just close this page , because you are An LOA Master and you dont need to be here , go enjoy your money , but if these dont work , read on.


The universe manifests the essence of your desires by picking up on your emotions and feelings. So sometimes concentrating on an "BIG Amount of money to pay off your debt , when there is no obvious source of income in sight , can be a little difficult , it can also , evoke Negative emotions of doubt and uncertainty. 

SO whats the alternative ?

Its. simple , we take the money factor out of the manifestation. Just listen to me for a second ,before lighting the torches and picking up your pitchforks .  Its simple , 

"The manifestation we are aiming for is Debt settlement not manifesting Money ! "


Let me explain with an example ....
Meet Steve , Steve has lost his job due to something inevitable. And now with no monthly income to support him , Steve is facing a Huge Credit card Outstanding , lets say USD 30000 ! Maybe he bought a Train for all i care , but the truth is he is in debt , and he has no way of paying it off in the future . Now he can declare bankruptcy and get the credit card people off his back , but lets be honest , declaring Bankruptcy isnt cheap . that will be the last nail in the coffin. 

What Steve needs to do is to address the elephant in the room , or better , imagine the room without the elephant ! 
The need here is to settle the debt , and the only logical solution Steves brain is giving him is "Get some Money" But with the bad market and all (again a belief of Steves Brain) it seems impossible at the moment. So what does he do ? He leaves it to the universe. 

What Steves Brain doesnt understand is that the HOW of this manifestation will be taken care off by the universe , who has access to all the 3600 Thousand Trillion Dollars on the earth , And Steves Debt is a measly 0.0000000000000001 % of that wealth. So all Steve has to do now is concentrate on the feeling he is going to feel while he is repaying the Debt. 

So, Steve sits Down , and He relaxes , He Takes deep breaths and he remembers the fact that he is the creator of his own experience in this reality  . And he Asks himself ....

              "How will i feel , when this debt is paid ? " 

What does this debt settlement stand for , the answer is simple , RELAXATION  ! Steve will be able to finally relax once the debt is paid . and through that Relaxation will come Happiness. 
Knowing this Steve now , imagines that he is paying his debt off, he is writing a cheque , and he is handing it over to the people he owes money , or he is Transferring funds from his account and paying off all his debt , and while doing so , a feeling of relaxation is sweeping over him. Now he is no longer under debt , and great burden is off his shoulders and he is feeling free and light and  mildly elated. He keeps feeling these feelings , looses track of time , drifts off to sleep.
 

Next Morning he wakes up , freshens up , sits down with a pen and paper , Writes down ....

"Thank you universe for such an amazing resolution , i feel so free and light , now that i have cleared off all my debts . And the best part , there is money left with me after , to help me start over again. Thank you universe for taking care of me ! " 

He spends the day without a care in the world and in the evening , receives a text that his account has been debited with 60000 USD . 

So folks what did we learn ?

1. Its the feelings that matter. SO find a way to feel "That way". 
2. You manifestation aint in the future , its now , when asking for a desire , act as if you have it "NOW"
3. The universe is Generous , it will give you more than you could have ever imagined or expected. 
4. Its possible for you to feel "That way" without an actual manifestation. 
5. Goal setting is good , but Dont be stuck on a date , Maybe the universe wants to deliver it ahead of time. 
6. When ever you are imagining or visualizing , Do it in the Present tense , do it as if you have everything now. Your imagination is your happy place , you are not bound by physical limitations , so go Nuts !

6 Ways the Law Of Attraction Can Improve Your Life Part 1

The law is simply this: We attract whatever we think about, good or bad.

Whether of not you believe in it , it had been working for you from behind the scenes all your life, and it will continue to do so, for the rest of your life. 

Here i am going to do a 2 part list of things that you should know about The Law of attraction so that you can improve your life. 



1. You Attract Good Or Bad Experiences based on your thoughts

"The one who speaks most about illness has illness. The one who speaks about prosperity has prosperity,". "You attract all of it." By focusing on something, you make it happen.

When you thinking about anything and feeling good or bad about it , you are in that moment communicating with the universe, which responds to that communication by creating experiences in your future, that would further amplify the previously communicated feelings. 




So feeling bad about stuff creates Bad stuff , and feeling good about stuff creates good Stuff. 

So life and all its experiences are created from within you, and so, you are in control, you at any moment can decide to create good things for yourself only. 

2. Thinking about something means that you are inviting it in, even if you dont want it

"When you think a little thought of something that you want, through the Law of Attraction, that thought grows larger and larger, and more and more powerful," according to the book. So keep your thoughts positive.



The universe doesnt hear the word NO , It only hears what you are thinking about and how you are feeling about it. And based on this information it gives you  All ! Everything that you think about comes to you, and depending on the emotion that you had associated with it.. it is either GOOD for you or BAD.

3. The more you focus on something, the more powerful it becomes

This allows you to create your own reality by "attracting" the experiences you want to have. The more you focus on something, and pay attention to it, the more it comes into your experience. And this is true for both the good and the bad. 
 


 
So , if you pay attention to all that is good in your life, or even if you just appreciate all that is right in your life, and feel good about them, They will just grow, and provide you with more happiness in the coming days, Because when you do pay attention and feel good about all that is good, the universe just hears :   "I like this,this makes me happy, i want more of this". The universe will work on making more positive for you.


Similarly, if you pay attention and get irritated by every small thing, you are telling the universe : "This makes me feel bad, i want more of this". And the universe obliges, makes the situation worse. And you see that things that were just minor annoyances at first are now big problems. 


4. Its better to trust your emotions, rather than over think a decision. 

 
 
Instead of over-thinking your choices, let your emotions guide you toward what is right and what is wrong. Forget about the rules of the society and the rules in general, if something makes you happy, that is the universes way of telling you that you are on the right track, and if something doesnt feel right, ie; if something feels bad then its the universe telling you that it not the right choice for you. Your emotions work as a GPS, to guide you towards your happiness, and to warn you when you are going towards your sadness. so pay attentions to you feelings more than your thoughts.  This will result in a more satisfying life.

6 More Ways Law Of Attraction can Improve your Life Part 2

 1. You can increase your chances of manifesting by devoting time to Powerful thinking each day.

Spend 15 minutes every day thinking hard about your goals, dreams and what you want from life. The more you think and talk about what you want and how it will be once it comes the greater will be your desire for it , greater your belief, and faster your manifestation. 

So, this is how the all the pieces fit in.

Now, many of you will tell me that you do this everyday, yet no manifestations, i am not denying the fact that you think about what you want, but there i am encouraging you to think and talk and write and focus more on defining and fine tuning the Outcome.  Keeping aside 15 minutes a day before going to bed, and focusing on how amazing that new relationship will be, or describing what are you going to do with all the extra money, will make you more aligned with the having of your desire in real life,  and help you manifest quickly. 


2. Success isnt a finite resource, everyone can be successful.

Others being successful doesnt limit your success. And by attracting abundance to yourself, you are not limiting another. In other word, there is no quota for success. Anyone and everyone can be successful, depending on their thoughts, beliefs and focus. Money as a resource will be transferred to you if you ask for it. We criticize the 1 % or the creamy layer for having all the money , we think that because they have it all, we cant have it, but the truth is much more simpler, Money and success will flock to anyone who is Focused on it, who is attracting it, who talks about it at-least once a day, and describes having it at-least once a day.   

Accept that success can come to you>> Allow it to flow to you >> Attract it by talking more about it>>> Maintain it by appreciating once it starts to come. 

 So accept the fact that you can be successful. Allow it to come to you by not comparing yourself to others, and nothing falling in old patterns of comparing yourself to others. Attract success by talking/ writing / visualizing about it once a day, and having fun with this activity, not talking bout the HOW but talking about, how it will be once it comes. And once it starts showing up , appreciate your efforts, and appreciate whatever success that starts showing up... so that it can stay and grow. 

3. Dont Allow yourself to wallow in disappointment. 

Being disappointed only attracts more stuff to be upset about and is only sends a sign that youre not getting what you want in life, so the universe obliges. And gives you more of things to be upset about. 

 
 Think and talk and fill up your day with mention of things that you would love to have, doesnt matter if you dont know the how of them, just talk about them, and have fun with the description.

4. Avoid Tv shows that deal with negative experiences like crime or illness.

Letting this stuff in makes you think about it more and increases the odds it could happen to you. "Your attention to anything is drawing it closer to you,"

We live in the world where we invite things into our lives, by paying attention to them, and fueling them with our emotion, so then how in the world is , watching people suffering and feeling their pain as it were our own , is  a good idea ??

If you want to stop war, then talk more  of peace, not a WAR PROTEST ! 
If you want to stop rape, then talk more about Safety of women , Not a Rape protest, and i dont care if its a candle march...

LETTING GO OF FEAR !



Fear 
Why do we Fear Stuff? Why do we fear stuff that is not even there? And why do we Fear stuff by assuming that there is something to fear?

We fear stuff because we think that the ‘Stuff” is uncertain, and by extension ‘out of our control’, and by fearing it and mentally preparing ourselves for it beforehand, we think that we are trying to control that ‘out of our control stuff’.

But what are we doing really? We are creating that uncertain stuff by fearing it. When you fear something your mind focuses on that something, and by law, what you focus on expands. Now many of you would have taken up a razor to your wrist, just after reading this, coz this, to many of you would mean that you would be going on about in circles for the foreseeable future. 

You fear , you create , you fear, you create. The cycle goes on… 

Put the razor Down! your life is awesome! You can be happy! Just read on.

So, why has fearing stuff become a habit? Or why does it seem like the default setting. Because with fear is associated the ‘pain’ of getting ‘Hurt’, either ‘Physical’ or ‘emotional’ hurt. 

And as long as you are not a Sado-masochist, you don’t really enjoy pain, and so you fear everything that is there to give you pain, physical or emotional. 

But, then why does anything bad exist? Why is there a hell to your heaven, and devil to your god, loneliness to your perfect relationship, poverty to your prosperity? Let’s call these extreme negatives, and the reason that they exist is so that we can fully appreciate the extreme positives. 

You can’t experience great love without having your heart broken a few times, you cant appreciate your prosperity and reach your full potential, unless you know the pain of poverty and failure. You cannot fully appreciate the existence of good if you haven’t seen the bad. 

And that is the true purpose of all that is bad. To make you appreciate the good. 

That’s the message! “Appreciate the good, Focus on it, Feel it, day in day out, and only good will be created for you” 

Now with that being said, you will ask me, how do we stay away from the bad then? It seems to come by in large doses, and usually follow something good, making it worst?

Well , you know how the universal “law of attraction” states, whatever you focus on Grows, so is the growth of good and bad in your life is regulated. 

Look back, see all the bad that has happened, A break up, a loss of job, personal loss, just look at it and look at the your emotions preceding that event, and then apply the ‘What I focus on expands’ rule to this. And tell me you weren’t anticipating the bad thing. 

But I was anticipating, because I wanted to prevent it. You say. I have had bad experiences in the past, Men are pigs, Women are Vampires, and money is hard to come by, I know a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend who went through this. And yet with all this knowledge you landed yourself in that bad situation? You didn’t prevent anything. All you did was focus on a bad thing for so long that you invited it to your own life. 

Don’t you see what you did here? You just created the ‘very thing’ by focusing on ‘not creating it’, There is no such thing as a ‘I don’t want it’ with the universe. Its all focus. And when you think that you are focused on preventing something from happening, you are actually just creating the very thing for yourself. 

Bad things exist because we acknowledge their existence by focusing on ‘not wanting them’. 

So what is the moral of this story right here? You create the good, and you create the bad. And so it’s all under your control, and if it is all under your control, then you choose to not create a bad thing for yourself, by holding in your head its exact opposite, the good thing. 

You don’t want to be alone anymore? Focus on being loved; appreciate whatever love that you are receiving right now. Realize what matters. It’s your happiness that is the most important thing in the world, and focus on whatever that makes you truly happy, that is what your life is all about. 

“But I have to know about all that is evil, so I can guard myself against it.” 

No! the best way to guard yourself is to ‘not’ let it into your conciseness. You think that you are guarding yourself against a break up, guarding yourself from getting hurt, or failure or harm, but getting hurt and failure and suffering is what you are really creating. 

When all that is evil in the world in under your control. When you can at any point choose to invite or not invite or throw out the bad things, by simply changing your focus. Then why are you still fearful about ‘stuff’ jumping out, creeping in, unexpectedly into your life? Congratulations, you have just eliminated Fear.

COMMON LOA MISTAKE STARTING WITH THE BIGGEST DREAM



When you first learn about the Law of Attraction, it may be tempting to immediately try to manifest your biggest dreams, like earning million dollars, finding a great relationship or retiring at a young age.  However, our biggest dreams are usually the ones we are furthest away from vibrationally. That’s why big dreams are so big- they feel almost unbelievable! 
Trying to achieve an “almost unbelievable” dream is very challenging.  This is not because it’s impossible or hard for the universe to deliver it, but rather because you don’t believe that it can happen!  If you don’t believe it can happen, it isn’t going to happen.  You must first find a way to believe that you can have what you are dreaming about , and because you are trying to achieve this with the help of the Law Of Attraction, you might as well start by establishing your trust in the law and the capabilities of the universe, at the very least, come to terms with the fact that something like the universe does exist. 
It’s much easier to start out by trying to manifest little things because you won’t be so hung up on the outcome.  After seeing the universe deliver little things, you will start to gain confidence in its ability to deliver big things. With practice, the big dreams will start to seem possible.


So below I’ve listed two easy techniques that you can try now to start seeing evidence of the Law of Attraction in your life:

1.  Test the Law of Attraction with words: 

Find a dictionary and look for a word that you’ve never seen before.   
Next, look over the definition and review it until it makes sense to you.  Then, come up with three original sentences that contain your newly learned word and write them down.  
Repeat this process for two more new words.  When you are done, you should have learned a total of three new words and written down three original sentences for each of them (or a grand total of nine sentences).
Next, leave the exercise and go back to doing whatever you need to do.
Wait for your new words to be attracted back to you.  You might hear them used on the radio, see them written in a book, or hear them in a conversation.  

2. Test the Law of Attraction with drawings:

Brainstorm three random items in your mind.  For example, you could brainstorm a zebra, a violin and a thunderstorm.
For each of your items, spend a few minutes drawing a picture to represent that item.  So in my example, I would draw a zebra, a violin and a thunderstorm.  
Draw each picture separately, giving at least two to three minutes of your attention. When you are done, leave the exercise and get back to your day.
Wait for these items to find their way back to you with the Law of Attraction.  You might see a picture of a zebra, find yourself listening to music played by a violin or a thunderstorm might come rolling in.
The beauty of these strategies is that because you are trying to attract random items you will not be very attached to the outcome of the test.  The less attachment you have to your desires the easier they come to you.
You might be surprised just how quickly these things find their way back to you.  Finding fast evidence of the Law of Attraction is a great way to build up belief in the process, which will help you use it consistently!
