Why Wont He Say I Love You

On a second date with a woman I was surprised that she decided to ask me the most difficult question that you could ask a man. She asked "Do you love me?" I paused for a moment to figure out what I was going to say. Do I lie and say yes? or do I tell the truth and say no, is this a loaded question with no correct answer I was thinking?

I collected my thoughts and said "I dont know yet, this is only our second date". This came from my heart and was the truth, I could not possibly tell a woman on the second date whether I love her or not. Asking me just creeped me out completely and put me in an awkward position, where I did not know what to say. Her manner just completely changed when I gave my reply, all of a sudden she just went into a stroppy mood. In the end she just ended up walking out. I thought maybe she just wanted a way to end the date, so she decided to sabotage it. This idea was thrown out the window a few weeks later, when she contacted me again and said she would give it another go. As if I had done something wrong by telling her the truth and she was giving me a second chance.

So why did I have so much difficulty saying the words "I love you"? Well first of all I would have been lying, second of all she was asking me far too soon, after just two dates. Most important of all to a man it would have signalled a new era in the relationship where you move from dating to an extreme closeness where both of you have to contact each other everyday and know what each other is doing. I would not have had a problem saying the words I love you, if I meant it, if we were in an established relationship and if I was prepared to move the relationship onto the next stage.

In General though, men hate the words "I love you", men hate emotional stuff!

* There are men that will say "I love you" just to please you, when they dont mean it.

* There are men that will say "I love you" and mean it.

* There are men that wont say "I love you" because they cant say it with meaning.

* There are men that wont say "I love you" because they find it too difficult to say those words.

All men will particularly hate saying the words "I love you" in front of their male friends. Men hate emotional things and by saying it in front of their friends it makes them look and sound like a wimp and means their friends will be making fun of them up until the point where your relationship has ended.

My advice: dont ask him too early on in the relationship whether he loves you. Men who really are in love with you, will usually pluck up the courage to say it to you eventually anyway, when they feel right saying it and when they are not with their friends or in a public place. Most men find it difficult to express emotional stuff, so dont make it even more difficult for him. They wont be saying those words because they enjoy saying them, they will be saying them because they want to please you.

If he says that he cant answer that yet, at least he is being honest. He does not want to say "I love you" because he is confused and because he thinks he wont mean it. At least if he says "I love you" in the future you know he means it!

To women "I love you" are powerful words, to a man, it is just boring emotional stuff, that he prefers not to deal with, but he has to say "I love you" to satisfy a womans needs.

How To Fix a CB Radio That Wont Transmit

If your CB Radio wont transmit, then the rig itself is useless because you cant speak to your pals and that is the whole point of owning a CB radio. If youre CB wont transmit, below are solutions to get you transmitting back on airwaves:

1)If you have just replacement the microphone, make sure the pins inside the connector are wired accordingly to your radio, if they are not, it can cause your mic not to key. Cobra mics wont fit Harvard CB radios, as they are wired different, just remember that.

2)Make sure the wires inside the microphone and connector are not disconnected, if they are get a soldering iron and some solder wire and solder them back on. If the wires are disconnected from the microphone, it cannot function and will not key usually.

2)Make sure the microphones key button is working, this is by unscrewing the microphone and when your press the mic button in, does the switch behind it click? If not the circuit is not being created, therefore the mic will not key and your CB radio will not transmit. So try a mates microphone or buy a replacement of the internet.

4)Make sure the coax wire that you use to connect your CB radio to your antenna is not damaged. If it is, it can prevent your CB radio to transmit because the radio waves are not getting to the antenna exactly, as they will be leaking out into other peoples computer speakers! To tell if the coax you are using is bad, look for green copper oxide on the wire, if you see anything like that, it can be the cause this problem and will need replacing.

5)If you are using the CB radio in your house, the power supply unit can be faulty. So get a multimeter and measure the voltage it gives out, it should be in the range of 12 -13 volts, no less. If the voltage reading is not a minimum of 12 volts, your rig is not get the power it needs to dx, so it just wont transmit.

6)Check the output transistor inside your CB radio because it could be burnt out because of a high SWR reading.

How To Fix a CB Radio That Receives But Wont Transmit

CB radios are used for two way radio communication. This means that they have the ability to receive and transmit, unlike a radio scanner device. If you have a CB radio that receives but doesnt transmit, it means you can only use it as a listen device. There are many solutions that you can use to help you resolve this problem.

1) Check that you have connected your antenna properly to the CB radio. Look at the back of the rig and the base antenna, to check if the Pl-259 connector is plugged in properly. Ensure that it is fully pushed in all the way and the metal screw ring is tight.

2) Check if the microphone connector is plugged in properly. If the microphone connector is loose, it will not connect with the metal pins on the socket. This will create a bad connection and will not pick up the signal when you key your mic. So ensure that is it pushed in all the way and the ring around it is also screwed tight.

3) The microphone you are using could be faulty. Overtime, the keying button can become worn out, due to constant use daily. If this button is broken, the the CB radio will not pick up when you want to speak. So if you have a spare CB radio that supports the same pinout, test it on that to see if it works or not.

4) The output final transistor inside the radio could be blown out. This can happen if the SWR reading is too high. This can cause the power sent out to the antenna to go back into the radio and blow the output transistor. So open up your rig and locate the output transistor, it is a black square thing with three metal pins, mounted on a metal heat sink. Replace it will a similar kind and see if the problem is solved.
